Millennial Hospitality Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (MHVPL) was incorporated in October, 2020 to set up a chain of restaurants serving unlimited Italian cuisine at affordable prices. The business model was centered around the fact that while an unlimited concept was available in abundance in Indian & continental cuisine, there was a dearth of all you can eat concept in this particular cuisine. Two relative novices in this field Awadhesh Biyani, 50 and Anil Ladha, 47 teamed up with an Italian chef to start the chain in Bangalore, Mysore & Hyderabad. The first set of 10 outlets/cloud kitchens started on December 2, 2020 in Bangalore. The project was partially funded by Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. and the promoters. During the year ending 31-3-2021, the turnover was INR 4.14 cr. with a loss of Rs. 1.23 Cr. (cash loss of 1.00 cr.)
