Millimeterchips Pvt. Ltd., founded in Nagpur, India, specializes in highly integrated SoC and SoP solutions, custom ICs, and IP cores using advanced semiconductor processes such as GaAs, InGaP/GaAs, InP, CMOS, and SiGe. Led by Dr. Sanjay Moghe, our team has developed over 600 RF IC products, serving clients across defence, automotive, satellite, 4G, 5G, and emerging 6G sectors. We provide end-to-end support from concept and design to prototyping and testing. Leveraging our extensive experience, we have successfully designed, developed, and tested Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, and 6G RF chips and PCBs for a wide range of RF and wireless applications, delivering high-quality, customized solutions tailored to diverse needs while ensuring optimized performance and reliability. Our offerings include low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), driver and power amplifiers, mixers, switches, phase shifters, transceivers, frequency synthesizers, and custom RFIC/MMIC solutions, covering a frequency range from DC to 50 GHz. In addition to MMIC design, transceiver architecture, RF module development, and RF testing services, we actively contribute to India’s growing semiconductor ecosystem.
