We are working on a platform that aims at promoting cooperation within the economy by following and all-inclusive model for various stakeholders through the open-internet/API model. The platform will later be handed over to be separately owned by the public as a collective in the form of a cooperative/foundation. The platform will provide its own products and services to host and promote products and services of third parties, enabling an ecosystem with the purpose of 1. Vertical integration of a all relevant stakeholders of a sector/industry 2. Horizontal integration between previously vertically integrated sectors 3. Achieve high level of interoperability between all stakeholders 4. Promote standardization 5. Promote shared development and use of resources (preventing "reinvention of the wheel") Our first product, a mobile application named "MiAppetit", is aimed at the vertical integration of the F&B sector. By creating a unique consumer user experience designed around the question "What to eat?" (based on individual taste and nutrition profile) they will have access to all businesses with products and services in this sector at relevant points in the application. They include but are not limited to: 1. Farmers/Producers (Land and urban farming) - Including education on higher productivity methods like permaculture, aquaponics, hydroponics, etc and also marketplace to sell the produce. 2. Community building - To promote community farming and consumption. 3. Grocery supply chain - Intermediaries and stores (online & offline) 4. Recipes 5. Restaurants, home chefs 6. Delivery providers 7. Nutrition and healthcare providers 8. Knowledge sharing and development (Part of the platform) 9. Marketplace for common services like marketing, HR, accounting and finance, legal, etc. for any of the other stakeholders. (Part of the platform) 10. Software solutions for any of the other stakeholders. (Part of the platform) A sample of how the open-platform and interoperability works: a) Instead of providing our own Restaurant Management software, we provide public API's so that any Software providers can integrate their Restaurant Management software with the platform, thus allowing all their clients to access all the features of the platform. b) Instead of providing our own Dietary software, we provide public API's so that any Software providers can integrate their Dietary software with the platform, thus allowing all their clients to access all the features of the platform. Any dietician or nutritionist with Dietary software integrated with the platform can now, instead of providing rigid diet plans that are hard to sustain, can instead just enter the nutrition criteria for MiAppetit's food recommendation engine. Consumers will thus get recommendations on what to eat based on their taste and preferences combined with said criteria, whether eating at home or any of the restaurants that are clientele to the aforementioned Restaurant Management software providers that have integrated with the platform. Similarly public API's will be made available to existing food delivery aggregators for the nutrition based recommendation to be made accessible to our common userbase. Such API's will be following a freemium model as one of the revenue streams for the platform.
