The Mindful Co. is a clean-label kids’ nutrition brand on a mission to reimagine how Indian children grow up around food. Born from the founders’ own journeys with obesity and bulimia, our focus is twofold: creating nutritious, refined sugar–free products and cultivating mindful eating habits from an early age.Our first product, Grow Daily Milk Mix, is a healthier alternative to legacy brands like Bournvita—free from junk fillers and built with bioavailable superfoods, co-developed with pediatricians. We’re currently incubated at ISB’s I-Venture program, backed by deep insights from 200+ parents, schools, and pediatricians.We believe the future of health begins at the dining table—and we’re building for that future, one child at a time.
