We leverage digitization and high level mobile phone penetration in rural areas for real-time production monitoring and support. Leveraging tech increases process efficiency, quality and turnarounds times. We also invest in design and innovation with constant launches of design portfolios and artisan trainings. We create jobs at village level to enable artisans to access dignified livelihoods at their homes. This also greatly helps age-old crafts to not only survive but thrive.
