Main issue with every industry is the handling of various pollutants it generating continuously which are spoiling environment and making sufferer of society at large. One of the main pollutant which 90% industries are generating in large quantity is waste water, posing an eminent threat of its availability for future. Mizu's technology is focussed on industrial waste water purification using evaporation and distillation process with the help of heat recycling principle using mechanical vapor compression technology. Conventional Evaporation and distillation method is highly inefficient, uses large amount of heat energy either in the form of steam or thermic fluid and water in steam generation and in cooling and condensing section. Use of heat energy requires to burn fuel which led to emission of greenhouse gases and loss of water in the form of vapors in atmosphere in cooling and condensing section. Mizu's technology is based on mechanical vapour recompression principle which requires neither any amount of heat intake nor any amount of blowdown of heat from the system. Completely thermally insulated technology, this makes it highly energy efficient and environment friendly. Only electrical energy is required to operate system. No need of cooling and condensing system makes this technology highly water conservative. Mizu's MVR water treatment technology altogether differentiate from the others by minimizing system and use of heat exchanger combined falling film and force circulation. This system recovers almost 99% of clean water, reduces the volume of dissolved solids to infinitesimally low which make it easy to further dry, recover, recycle or dispose. In this way complete technology is environmentally sustainable.
