In their own words

MolSynth is a clean technology company dedicated to the transformation of bio waste into valuable products and the creation of molecules contributing to energy transition. The company's innovations center around extracting value from what would otherwise be considered waste, contributing to a more sustainable and circular economy. The company initially produced a pharmaceutical ingredient called Cholic Acid, sourced from animal husbandry waste, which is provided to a German company. Following this, MolSynth has also successfully produced chitin and chitosan from shrimp and crab shells. These materials find extensive use in the agricultural industry as biofertilizer and biopesticide, offering a more sustainable alternative to traditional chemical products. Further, MolSynth is developing applications of chitin and chitosan in the healthcare industry, particularly for the creation of bandages due to their haemostatic properties, which help to stop bleeding. Another potential application of these materials is in the wastewater treatment industry, showcasing MolSynth's commitment to environmental sustainability across multiple sectors. In addition to these endeavors, MolSynth is also embarking on creating molecules needed for energy transition in India, particularly focusing on the battery materials sector. This initiative positions MolSynth at the forefront of clean energy solutions, contributing to India's transition towards renewable energy. MolSynth demonstrates a broad and ambitious commitment to sustainability, waste reduction, and clean energy, which puts the company in a unique position to lead the way in several crucial sectors of the green economy.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
