Momentum is a healthcare staffing and skilling company based in Delhi NCR. The Covid pandemic has exposed the fragility of healthcare systems worldwide but this has also offered tremendous opportunities for Indian nurses to find better jobs internationally and domestically. We have developed and launched India's first digital nursing platform that connects nurses directly to hospitals. Using AI tools, the platform will automatically match the hospitals specific nurse requirements to nurses registered on our platform thereby substantially reducing hiring times for hospitals leading to better patient outcomes. We intend to be India's largest nursing platform to assist with international and domestic recruitments and aim to have 100,000 nurses on-boarded on our platform by mid 2023. Our digital platform is an employment enabler for the youth of our country.
