We are a Software R&D firm with 12 issued US Software Patents. Monk Akarshala Pvt. Ltd. has been conferred the National Intellectual Property (IP) Award 2018 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and has been recognized as the “Top Indian Private Company (MSME) for Patents & Commercialization”, Received from Hon’ble Minister of Commerce and Industry Mr. Suresh Prabhu in presence of Controller General of Patents, India. Intellectual Property Commercialisation: - Developing and filing inventions in the space of educational software and other technological fields and commercialising them by assigning, selling or licensing the same to international and Indian clients in the field of software and education. Intellectual Property Business Support Services: - Providing assistance to clients in filing and registration of trademarks, patents, copyrights, design rights. Educational Services: - Providing a variety of B2B and B2C services to education providers, students and parents including through: 1. Telephonic & SMS Medium 2. Offline Marketing Medium (Pamphlets, Brochures, Flyers) 3. Online Medium Providing local tutoring services to students and parents through an online and offline network of tutors on website and through the brand and phone numbers Design and Digital Media Services: - Providing Logo Design, Packaging Design, Graphic Design and User Experience Design (UX) services to international and Indian clients in various fields along with Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Optimisation, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email and SMS Marketing services to clients in various fields. Providing website development and mobile app development services to clients in various fields. Recruitment & Training Services: - Providing corporate recruitment & training services to corporates through internal recruitment team and a network of trainers and preparing the curriculum, training plan content and sell the same to international and Indian clients in various fields. Akarshala® contributed to 2.7% of India’s total patent invention output at the World Intellectual Property Organisation PCT Stage for the calendar year 2012 and was ranked 731st Globally for the year. Akarshala® was the company with the lowest employee strength from India to achieve the feat, ahead of established multinational corporations and public limited companies from India. The WIPO Country Profiles Inventor Ranking Report India 2012 also listed the founder and inventor as the first ranked inventor from India in international filings with 28 patents filed internationally in 2012 at the age of 24 years. Akarshala® currently holds 12 issued patent grants at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in the software domain and has more than 30 software patents pending at United States and other international offices. Akarshala® has recently diversified into establishing a premiere IP strategy practice in India and has worked with a host of international and domestic partners to offer a suite of tailor made Intellectual Property Management Solutions to more than 200 clients in domestic and international jurisdictions, helping Indian inventors and organisations to protect and commercialise their innovations and research output. Akarshala's mission is to improve the quality and quantity of research and innovation output from India and help the country become the global leader in the ethical development and commercialisation of intellectual property, ahead of its peers like the United States and China.
