Mool is India’s first AI-powered tax optimisation and Income personalisation tool. We are building intelligent solutions to simplify finances for all at Mool Innovation Labs. Currently, we have built Mool Vetan, India’s first pay-structure automation tool that offers salary optimisation, personalisation and customisation for employees. It employs a set of intelligent rules to maximise the employee’s benefits from their salary package while remaining compliant with the framework of Income Tax and Labour laws. The algorithm creates customised salary structures tailored to the individual profiles of employees.
