With the advent of economy, there is a greater demands of robust parking systems in the light of increasing vehicles on the road. A traditional parking shed adopts a parking shed building of a steel structure. A steel grid plate is formed by carrying flat steel and a cross rod in an orthogonal combination according to a certain distance, and a fixed open steel component is fixed through welding or pressing. The cross rod generally adopts twisted square steel, round steel or flat steel can be adopted, and the steel grid plate is made of carbon steel and stainless steel. The steel grid plate is suitable for industries of parking lots, building materials, electric stations, boilers, shipbuilding, chemical industry and general industrial plants, municipal construction and the like. Recently, there are various steel grid and steel plate parking structures being used. Most of these steel structures claim to have the advantages of light weight, ventilation, light transmission, skid resistance, attractive and durable, easiness in cleaning, short construction period and the like. The subject invention provides a mechanized parking system material. The material used in the system is AHSS800 grade steel which is improvised to overcome its elongation to make it compatible for the aforementioned use. The steel sections for the present invention are designed and developed to prove more effective to be used in place of currently used structure columns and structure beams. Our philosophy has been to maintain careful balance between revenue and providing the highest level of customer service.
