We are a digital-first auto tech start up that plans to disrupt the way automobiles are bought and sold in India. We have partnered with automobile dealers (starting with passenger cars) to provide us attractive value propositions to enable us to book and sell new cars to potential customers via our online portal. We plan to start from Gujarat and expand into other regions in India in due course of time. It creates a win-win proposition for customers (who always demand best price, faster delivery and superior experience) and dealers (who are shutting dealerships due to idle inventory due to auto industry's slump). Our revenue streams range from earning commissions from dealers on each automobile sold to customers via us to potential additional revenue through car loans, insurance, accessories, after-sales service and much more. We believe this idea is innovation driven and we are currently pursuing it passionately as a boot-strapped start up. The automobile industry needs true disruption as has been observed in many other sectors through use of technology and fresh ideas. Our website www.dugdugdeal.com is currently under construction.
