Our company was registered as a Private Limited Company on 29/10/2024. It is a 100% women-led company founded and managed by two women directors, Sweety Manojji Kapse and Kavita Vasant Kamdi. The company was established with the vision of creating employment opportunities, skill development, and financial growth for women as well as men across different sectors. The company provides manpower services for various activities such as housekeeping, security services, gardening, maintenance work, peon services, and other support staff requirements. Along with manpower supply, the company actively participates in online government and private tenders through platforms like MahaTender and Government e-Marketplace (GeM). One of the biggest strengths of the company is its strong network with more than 50 Mahila Bachat Gats (Women Self-Help Groups) and NGOs. Through these networks, the company provides employment opportunities to hundreds of women. More than 500 women are already connected and registered through these 50 Mahila Bachat Gats. The directors themselves have years of practical experience in this field. They also run their own women’s self-help group named Deepvruksha Mahila Bachat Gat and an NGO called Masiha Bahuuddeshiya Sikshan Sanstha, which has been registered in Nagpur, Maharashtra since 2018. Through these organizations, they have continuously worked towards women empowerment, employment generation, social development, and skill training programs. The company’s main objective is to provide maximum employment and professional training opportunities to women so they can become financially independent and grow successfully in their lives. The company also aims to introduce modern technical machines and advanced systems in housekeeping and security services to improve quality, efficiency, and professional standards.
