We, M/s Muckbotics Global Pvt ltd (aka MGPL), are a robotics engineering company and a provider of robotic inspection, cleaning, and repair services for sewer, water, and storm-water drainage pipelines and related assets. MGPL has been started with the singular vision of eliminating manual scavenging from cleaning of sewers and storm-water drains. For this purpose, MGPL is designing and developing robotic solutions and defining Robotic processes for reducing manual intervention in municipal water & wastewater assets.MGPL has also built capability for robotic inspections and has completed more than 100 km of inspection of various types of sewers and storm water drains across India, since starting of operations in April 2019. We have entered into a long-term partnership with indigenous manufacturers of sewer inspection Systems for this purpose. Within a short period of time, MGPL has built an impressive clientele in the municipal industry.MGPL is now positioning itself as a one-stop-shop and service provider for providing robotic solutions and services for Inspection/ Cleaning/ Desilting/ Repair of municipal & industrial water, sewer and storm water pipelines.We can provide the following services:Robotic Pipeline CCTV based video survey and conditional assessment of drainage system for evaluation of repair and maintenance works. These are important for evaluation of work in case of new pipelaying and desilting/repair works.LASER Profiler based accurate shape, ovality and diameter measurement of the cross section of the pipelines. These are extremely important for rehabilitation works for establishment of quality of work.Robotic Pipeline CCTV with Sonar Profiling survey of drainage system in running condition for Conditional Assessment, Ovality-Checking, Mapping and silt-level estimation. Robotic Desilting of large sewers and storm water drainage systems including culverts.
