In their own words
Mustard Cottage envisions a new way of working which is collaborative in nature and brings together the strengths of women from different sections of society in order for all of us to move forward together. Our focus is on creating products that are fun, quirky, natural, and handmade, and offer them at reasonable prices while ensuring we pay fair wages to the artisans and keep our environmental footprint to the minimum. At the moment, we are working with three SHGs across Delhi NCR with approximately 60 women. While we are currently working primarily with crochet, knit, and a little bit of macrame, in the future we plan to expand to other textiles and embrace other traditional art forms.
