Indian MSMEs are headed to be the major contributors to the $1 Trillion economy, however, there is a lot of untapped potential, especially when out of 65M, merely 6M MSMEs have managed to mark some digital presence and the remaining 59M are still operating in the traditional framework, bounded by minimum 3-5 intermediaries at every stage. Out of the population of 140 crore, 64 lakhs Indian MSMEs are dedicated to industrial goods which is a $600B market. From navigating suppliers to negotiating contracts; procurement can be a complex web to untangle. We therefore decided to build an integrated platform helping the MSMEs get higher sales, better procurement, PAN India order fulfilment and financial inclusion, all with the help of seamless technology. With MVIKAS' current focus on better and timely procurement as well as logistics and near future goals to enable not only domestic but also cross border sales, supply chain financing and virtual purchase manager, we are certain to help them grow their business especially in the current scenario when curb on Chinese imports has widened the market for Indian players. Doing this will not only add another 2-3% in the country's GDP but also add 30-32% to the jobs created. Our intent is to dig deep into the Tier 2,3,4,5 cities and provide a level playing field for MSMEs. This is the pure intent behind building a 5PL solution in order to address the problems of these MSMEs from multiple angles.
