Inspire people to leverage systematic approach of innovation for disproportionate growth; it can be leveraged by: Individuals to transform their career Organisations to transform their business 3. To provide a framework for individuals and organisations to: Assess their current state of competency/ maturity/ readiness to leverage innovation for disproportionate growth Aspire to the next higher levels They can be certified for each of these levels as well 4. To provide navigational support to individuals and organisations to move from their current to aspired states in the mutually aligned timeframe. The core differentiator of these services are that these are not based on any one particular approach but a combination of approaches which are most suitable for the particular context. The venture, apart from generating employment within its own institution will also encourage more entrepreneurs to partner with it to deliver the services.
