My PlatformQ is an employment oriented online services platform, curated specially for artists, which include designers, producers, directors, actors/actresses, singers, musicians, painters, dancers etc. The primary aim of this platform is employment generation and wealth creation for the Talent Industry, while also aligning its functioning to the Digital India campaign, by digitizing all services and operations currently prevalent in this industry. It will be established as an inclusive community for artists across the globe. It aims at establishing a user-friendly platform that will bridge the gaps between job seekers and providers by maintaining the database of the e portfolios of job seekers. In this community, the providers will be able to connect with the seekers on a one to one basis without any human intervention. Innovation From an innovation perspective, it is a first of its kind platform that will create an Artists’ community. Under this, the users will have real time connection will one another, and this will also enable the community to break the barriers of geography since physical travel will be eliminated. One of the main aims of its establishment is globalization, where the community can interact with people of similar interests and professions across the globe. Scalability This is a vastly scalable model as once it is minimally recognized across such industries as a learning, growing, networking and employment generation platform, it will gain immense traction in no time. The Artists community across the country is mammoth. Even if a fraction of this community accepts this platform as a sustainable and efficient community building and networking space, the numbers that we’d see on the platform would be significantly large. Employment Generation Moving on to the last segment, that is, employment generation. The primary objective of the platform will be minimizing the gaps between the haves and have nots, that means focusing on equal wealth distribution. This will be possible only through adequate recognition of the pool of talent of our country irrespective of their caste, creed, religion or gender. By creating a platform that ensures complete privacy and anonymity of its users, we aim at providing equal job opportunities, and moreover, opportunities on the basis of talent and merit, rather than on the basis of unscrupulous, exploitative and unfair practices like ‘nepotism’ and ‘casting couch’.
