MyTN means My Turn Now. We are a Recruitment Process Aggregator Platform that has introduced a digital era in the recruitment space by revolutionising the overall process. We aim to digital transformation through a disruptive multi-party aggregation model which uses a technology blended approach with a back of proven traditional hiring practices that produces desired results for employers and job seekers. Our aim is enable our each to every rural areas using technology. Our automated digital platform manages various services in the Recruitment Process like Skill Assessment and Skill Development, Profile matching etc. We have tied up with various consultant through Recruitment Advisor (RA) to let people get on board. Our RA penetrates the rural areas to let them get on board with their skill set. We training them for 20 hrs course and make them suitable for job. We provide them at lease 2 interviews free of cost and then a paid version. In Covid era, its tough for recruiters to reach places to hire and vice versa. With our platform we do the hiring for them in the initial phases and enabling them to appear to e interview through our 3-4 MyTN points in every districts in Bihar. We aim to onboard every skilled/semi skilled/unskilled manpower will to do a job and also aim to provide manpower on a click/dial.
