PepperCrumbs AI is a cloud kitchen oriented technology startup that helps independent cloud kitchens improve profitability through AI‑driven insights and automation. It uses data from POS, delivery platforms and customer interactions to optimise menu design, pricing, inventory and marketing campaigns. The platform is built specifically for the Indian F&B ecosystem, focusing on improving contribution margins, reducing wastage and increasing repeat orders for small and mid‑sized operators. Through Encrave Kitchens, we operate multi‑brand cloud kitchens of our own, which enables us to test and refine our technology in real kitchens and directly measure its impact on unit‑level profitability. This hands‑on operating experience feeds continuous data back into our platform so we can build simple, practical tools that work in everyday cloud‑kitchen conditions.
