Our startup is dedicated to solving the critical problem of helmet hygiene for India’s millions of two-wheeler riders. Helmets, essential for safety, often become breeding grounds for bacteria, fungi, and viruses due to sweat, dust, and humid conditions – posing health risks and causing discomfort. Despite the severity of the issue, most riders lack access to convenient, effective, and affordable helmet cleaning solutions. We have developed an advanced, automated helmet cleaning and sanitisation system that delivers rapid, thorough, and affordable cleaning for all types of helmets. Our machine uses a combination of rotary spray technology, specialised disinfectant formulations targeting region-specific pathogens, UV-C light for exterior and interior sterilisation, and warm air drying. This ensures 360-degree cleaning, reaching both hard and porous surfaces for maximum hygiene. Scalability and Impact: Our modular, robust design allows for easy installation at fuel stations, metro stations, malls, and parking areas – serving both individuals and businesses such as delivery services and rental fleets. By making helmet hygiene quick, affordable, and reliable, our startup is not only improving rider health and comfort but also supporting longer helmet lifespan and contributing to public health and safety.
