Over a Century Old, Heritage Mansion adorns the 100 Acre private estate, built in 1911 it was formally the Magistrate Court in the erstwhile British Raj today it has 4 guest rooms among the 2 large Suite Sections of the Kothi 120 Acres of Private Farm with 42 Acres of Certified Organic Agricultural and Orchard. Well-developed Agricultural Infra like irrigation sources implements like a tractor, etc. and secured boundaries enable us to cultivate a variety of products ranging from Pulses to Oils seeds apart from Fruits and a host of seasonal vegetables. The Estate borders two small villages on its fringes which we have adopted and are currently working on setting up as model villages where sustainable and planned development aims to transform lives and bring about a permeant positive change to the socio-economic fabric of the region
