Employees control access to their score and can dispute unfair records.We’re also launching a 100% free job portal, where every employer and candidate must register through NaukriScore — this creates a built-in data funnel to rapidly scale our scoring system.The platform includes: Real-time scoring dashboard for employers Dispute and version history for employees AI tools to analyse feedback tone and bias API integrations for job portals, HRMS, and Gov hiring platforms Our vision: Build the “CIBIL + LinkedIn + Credit Karma” of employment trust — for India first, and then globally.
