Nautics Mobility private Limited is engaged in the design and development of an efficient electric high-speed marine vehicle based on ground effect phenomena. A Ground Effect Vehicle (GEV) is an aircraft that flies a few metres above the water-surface taking advantage of the air cushion between the wings and water which enhances aerodynamic lift and power saving. GEVs can travel at speeds of 200 to 500 km/h which is 2 to 5 times faster than existing marine vehicles at significantly lower energy consumption. GEV is a promising technology to enable sustainable, safe and economic high-speed marine transport.
