It is an end-to-end B2B export marketplace with five integrated solution mechanisms, each directly addressing one of the five failure points identified above: 1. Structured RFQ engine: Buyers submit one structured request; the platform matches it against verified suppliers and routes it to the most relevant certified agents. A curated shortlist is returned within 48 hours. 2. Supplier verification system: Every supplier undergoes mandatory verification of IEC (Import Export Code), GSTIN, export licences, and category-specific certifications before being listed. Profiles are digitally credentialled and publicly audited. 3. Transparent price board: All shortlisted suppliers respond with structured quotes — price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms. Buyers see genuine market rates for the first time, enabling informed decision-making. 4. Milestone-based escrow: Payments are held in escrow and released in defined milestones: production confirmation, quality verification, shipment dispatch, and delivery confirmation. Neither party is exposed to the fraud risk of an unprotected wire transfer. 5. Certified agent network: Domain experts are onboarded, trained, and certified by product category. They operate through a mobile CRM, build supplier bundles for buyers, and earn auto-calculated commissions on every completed transaction. Their ratings and performance records are public and persistent on the platform.
