Locaso is an AI-driven hyperlocal demand aggregation and conversion platform designed to solve the problem of fragmented digital visibility and low customer acquisition efficiency for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). While millions of MSMEs are present across India, most lack structured digital presence, discoverability, and the ability to convert customer intent into actual business. Existing platforms either provide passive listings (e.g., directories) or are limited to specific verticals (e.g., food delivery or e-commerce), leaving a large gap in real-time, intent-based local commerce. Locaso bridges this gap by enabling customers to express their exact requirements (product/service, location, urgency), which are then intelligently matched with relevant nearby vendors using AI-driven filtering and prioritization. On the supply side, MSMEs are provided with lightweight digital storefronts, lead management tools, and automated marketing support, enabling them to respond to real customer demand without requiring advanced digital skills. The platform is designed to operate at a hyperlocal level (5–10 km radius), ensuring relevance, faster response, and higher conversion rates. Locaso aims to become the operating layer for local commerce by enabling MSMEs to acquire, manage, and convert customers efficiently, starting with pilot deployment in Goa and expanding across urban clusters in India.
