To carry on the business of providing Manpower placement and recruiting, Selecting, Interviewing, Training and Employing all types of executives, Middle Management Staff, Junior Level Staff, Workers, Labourers Skilled/Unskilled required by various Industries and organizations including providing security services, Labour contractors, Industrial, Commercial, Housing and other security services and workers for office management and to conduct employment bureau and to provide consultancy and other services in connection with requirements of persons and manpower supply in India and abroad. 2. To establish Manpower platform with required skilled as per industrial demand and establish institutions for imparting technical education and for providing training in the workshops, factories, mills or other organisations in all disciplines of engineering and managerial skills and arranging for practical training in industrial establishments on such terms and conditions as the company may deem fit and proper to generate skilled Manpower for placement and recruiting. 3. To engage and hire professional, clerical, manual and other staff and employees and to enter into agreements with such staff and employees with a view to allocating their services to any person, firm or company requiring them. 4. To act as placement agencies and to act as agents for securing employment or selecting and interviewing prospective employees for any job or employment. 5. To carry on the business of providing services as human resource managers, consultants and advisors and to provide contractual advise and guidance on employment matters and other human resource services associated with contractual services including termination and outplacement required to individuals, bodies, corporate, societies, undertakings, institutions, associations, government, local authorities etc.
