Neotech Management consultancy is a human resource firm specializing in providing front line staff Currently MSME face a critical problem that- no manpower agency caters to their needs because of 2 reasons 1-The employee numbers are small 2-The CTC is low as they are generally fresher’s and because of these reasons the account is not viable for them Through our business model wherein we are attempting to build this bridge between prospective employee and employer and cater primarily to the MME segment the potential is huge as there are millions of MSME operating in the country and as often quoted they are the growth engine of any economy. Through our unique operating model all stake holders meet their expectations , the employee because he gets placed therefore is ready to invest in his training, employer is ready to pay because he is getting a close fit to his requirements, As we are consolidating the requirements and processing them in groups it becomes viable business for us .For delivering this training we are using surplus/vacant capacity of training centres already present in the country , thereby they get additional income and for us there are no fixed overheads.
