Introduction A platform which enables people to stay connected with their respective doctors to promote constant health vigilance and empower people by necessary health education which will ultimately lead to a perfect and optimized health ecosystem. Problem Statement Despite the increasing demand for digital health solutions in India, there is a lack of user-friendly and culturally tailored mobile applications that effectively connect individuals with designated healthcare providers. This gap hinders seamless access to primary care services and impedes the establishment of consistent patient-doctor relationships in a mobile-driven healthcare landscape. Hypothesis: By developing a user-friendly mobile application that prioritizes cultural relevance and facilitates seamless connections between users and designated healthcare providers, we anticipate an increase in the adoption of digital health solutions. We hypothesize that this approach will lead to improved user engagement, enhanced patient-doctor relationships, and greater access to consistent primary care services, ultimately addressing the existing gap in the Indian healthcare market. Understanding the unique dynamics of the Indian health market and tailoring our product to meet specific needs will contribute to its success in this diverse and growing market
