Nexergy is a planned India‑focused clean‑energy startup that solves sourcing, availability, and distribution challenges for biomass fuels, starting with pellets and briquettes. It is built as a procurement‑first, tech‑driven platform aimed at industrial procurement teams that need reliable, high‑quality solid biofuels. On the supply side, Nexergy will aggregate pellet and briquette manufacturers across India and maintain structured data on pricing, location, capacity, stock, raw materials, and fulfillment performance. On the demand side, it will take RFQs, tenders, or recurring needs from industrial buyers (e.g., cement, steel, power) and generate optimized procurement plans that select the right mix of suppliers, routes, and contract structures. Rather than being a generic listing marketplace, Nexergy is designed as a managed, optimization‑heavy service. It focuses on assuring consistent fuel quality, securing supply continuity through diversified sources, and reducing total delivered cost through intelligent routing and supplier selection. Buyers sign a contract with Nexergy as a single accountable counterparty, while Nexergy manages multiple upstream suppliers in the background. Over time, Nexergy can expand vertically into analytics (cost benchmarking, carbon reporting), financing (working‑capital and performance‑linked contracts), and additional biomass products, and horizontally into new Indian regions, export markets, and adjacent renewable fuels once the core biomass engine is proven.
