We are the team of young and experienced IT professionals and have developed a project SFS (Student Facility System). We have seen so many parents and their children facing many problems in hostel life. It is really a difficult task for a student to adjust in new environment those who come from outside the city. The parents are always worried about their children. Reason is that, almost all the students who get admission in this university are intelligent and dedicated towards their study. They are new to the culture and environment and far from evil of society or we can say “Innocent”. Some are not yet aware of the outside atmosphere. This is the first time they are getting into a college. After getting admission they have to search for proper residential places that are secure and then foods, transportations, medical care, other home services, Internship, books etc. We have seen deficiency of Vitamins and Other nutrients in boarding students. This is harmful for their present health and in future also. We think we are compromising with their health on the behalf of their education and careers. Though both are vital elements for pleasant life. Parents can’t always stay or take care of their children. There is a very thin line between the care of parents and their child’s freedom in growing up, which brings out their ability to take decision in different situations, which is necessary for us to understand. Parents think that if they are left without care, they can be victims to the worst forces. Therefore, there is a need for such a system that will help their children without any interruption in their freedom and can easily provide the basic qualitative services (Residence, Food, Transport, Medical, other home service etc.) without any difficulty. So we have come up with a solution to this situation. We are here with that system. It is on a digital platform and is web/mobile based. As we can get ourselves registered and can get everything on our desktops or mobiles. With the implementation of this project, college staff will feel comfortable and they will be able to fully concentrate on their own work without any extra efforts or burden. This will also bring the university to a new height, for implementation of this organized Student Facility System, as well as we know the people who will be working for the university directly and indirectly. We will control all the activities from control room without interrupting with anyone’s privacy.
