Next2 Door Living Private Limited in engaged in the business of providing tech-enabled accommodation to students pursuing higher education in different parts of India. There are close to 40.00 million students in India pursuing higher studies with the number steadily growing year on year. These students migrate from their hometowns to different parts of the country to study. Due to this migration, a large section of these students require accommodation. The educational institutes only provide limited accommodation and thus 70-80% of the accommodation need remains unfulfilled. We at Next2 Door are looking to solve this problem for the Student Population of India by providing them Safe, Secure and Comfortable living accommodation in and around the education institute of their choice. We currently are based out of Delhi NCR and are providing accommodation to close to 600 students. We are building an ecosystem for students that provides them opportunity to grow personally and professionally by looking after their basic needs of accommodation, food and transport and by providing them with networking opportunities with industry veterans. We are looking to solve the problem of Student Housing for the youth of our country.
