Sports Mantra provides a tech enabled platform that helps young cricketers and their families answer a simple but important question: how good is the player today, and what should they improve next? Using a short, standardized smartphone video, our AI generates an expert-style assessment that is delivered through WhatsApp as a concise report and a personalized Hinglish (Hindi-English) voice note. The feedback highlights strengths, identifies the most important next step for improvement, and supports coaches rather than replacing them. Delivered through trusted academies, the platform creates a reliable, longitudinal record of each player’s development—something largely missing in Indian cricket today. Over time, these assessments build a unique dataset that enables objective benchmarks, tracks progress and helps identify talent based on evidence rather than informal networks. Families gain clearer guidance, academies strengthen engagement, and deserving players gain greater visibility. Starting with cricket, Sports Mantra aims to build the data infrastructure for athlete development and discovery across Indian sports.
