It is meditation at its effortless best. When meditation is combined with the right kind of music, it completely grounds us in the present moment, and the mind is liberated to connect with our higher self. Giving us the power to create our reality minute by minute. Peace and bliss are just states to be achieved as a part of our new ideal reality. Music can be used as a medicine t bring health improvements in patients suffering from a variety of body discomforts and diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Schizophrenia, Stress.
