I wish to reduce the stress parents and children face in modern India. i have designed workshops and online courses which parents can avail online. i also have 1 on 1 sessions with parents who want to smoothen their parenting journey to make it happier, stress-free and effective, Being from a developmental neuroscience background, all my models are scientifically inclined and hence effective. Keeping in mind the scarcity of time, these scientific models are presented to parents via fun activities that take about 20-30 minutes only per day. I have a website for my resource- www.nirvanama.in I have all content ready. And now am looking for launching my courses, bootcamps and workshops. I am also the author of "100 ways to be a stress free mom and raise happy kids" (HayHouse, August 2018)
