Nitibook Private Limited is an early-stage climate-technology company building India's first integrated carbon compliance infrastructure platform for industrial exporters. Our core offering addresses the immediate, high-stakes regulatory mandate created by the European Union's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (EU CBAM) — now in its transitional reporting phase — and the forthcoming UK CBAM (effective January 2027), combined with India's own domestic Carbon Credit Trading Scheme (CCTS) and the SEBI-mandated Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) framework. The company delivers end-to-end Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) services and SaaS tooling that enable Indian steel, aluminium, cement, fertiliser, and chemical exporters to produce verified actual-emission data — replacing costly default-value penalties under CBAM with defensible, auditable carbon accounting. Our mission is to eliminate the compliance knowledge gap faced by Indian industry and convert regulatory pressure into export competitiveness.
