Nityanand Foodtech Pvt Ltd is a new-age food startup focused on delivering health-forward, nutrient-rich staples under the brand AADAT. Our mission is to bring innovation to everyday Indian food through technology, authenticity, and nutrition. We specialize in two core products: cold-milled Ravi-region Basmati Rice and cold-ground Multigrain Atta. Our rice is sourced from the mineral-rich Ravi belt and processed using cold milling to retain its natural aroma, nutrients, and shelf life. Our multigrain atta is based on a scientifically-backed formulation developed by Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), designed especially for diabetics and health-conscious families. It contains a balanced mix of whole wheat, oats, barley, maize, besan, and defatted soy, all ground at low temperatures to preserve fiber, protein, and essential vitamins. We are solving the problem of nutrient loss and lack of healthy staples by offering tech-integrated, traceable, and eco-friendly food solutions. Each product comes with QR-based traceability, sustainable packaging, and is available via a growing D2C and B2B model.
