Hello Everyone My name is Himanshu Prakash and I am the Director of company Nityananda Group (Nityananda Syndicate Private Limited). My company is Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) based real estate sales and marketing company. Where we provide sales, marketing, strategy, digit marketing services direct to the builders and in return they pay us in commissions. Commissions are target based. Minimum 2% is fixed commission for all sales we provide and we charge other marketing services separately as per Builders demand/budget. I started this company with my previous company colleagues. In starting of our business we were total 5 partners. We planned everything related to our work. I was the only investor in the company who provided salaries to the partners and took care of all the office expenses. But there was one thing which I made mistake was having blind trust on them. In starting only we had good response. Jaipur's builders started reaching out to us and in just 3 months we made profit of 4500000/- + INR. But that's where my partners betrayed me. At starting there was only 1 partner but later everyone did the same. Now all of them are doing Job in different companies. All the money we made in business were taken away by the 1 partner which demotivated others. But, I cant see my child (my company) dying. I want it to grow big.
