The startup is engaged in the manufacturing of sustainable bio-composite materials using bio-polymers reinforced with bamboo husk and other agricultural residues. These natural particulates function as structural fillers that enhance rigidity, reduce material cost, and support faster biodegradation, making the material suitable for rigid and semi-rigid product applications. At present, there is a significant lack of eco-friendly alternatives for rigid plastic products used in daily-need FMCG items, cosmetic packaging, stationery, household utilities, interior components, and construction-related applications. Existing sustainable materials are largely restricted to flexible products, resulting in continued dependence on petroleum-based plastics for rigid goods. This innovation directly addresses this gap by providing a durable, moldable, and environmentally responsible material capable of replacing conventional rigid plastics. The material supports the production of everyday consumer products, packaging, and architectural components while promoting sustainable manufacturing and reducing long-term environmental impact.
