Who we are: No grey is a company started by a team of experienced and impact driven lawyers, marketeers and technologists who are committed to making a better legal service system in India. We aim to achieve this by solving some of the biggest legal service problems with the help of technology. Integrity is our driving force. What we want to do: Through our experiences and insights gained from practicing law, we have observed several problems in the legal service space. As a result, we have developed and tested better standards and frameworks of legal service to solve these problems. We are now eager to scale our impact by presenting our solutions to the people at large with the help of technology. Our first application - ‘Will It’: The Will It application will help users write and execute their wills online. It will also allow users to consult a No Grey certified lawyer, appoint a guardian for their minor, form a trust of their assets for their children or for adults with special needs and more. We see the need for a reliable, accessible and secure legal service application for writing & executing wills online, heightened in the backdrop of the Covid - 19 pandemic. Moreover, through our experiences, we have seen first hand the integrity deficit, the lack of quality and accessibility of legal services when it comes to succession planning in India. We have seen that this is the root cause of a majority of legal disputes before courts which results in financial losses and pendency of litigation. With Will It, people will be able to efficiently put their house in order with the comfort of technology. Will It is only the first of our many, soon to come, legal service applications. Our Sustainable Development Goals are: 1 (No Poverty), 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 9 (Industry Innovation), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), 11 (Sustainable Communities) and 16 (Peace Justice and Strong Institutions).
