BUSINESS MODEL 1. Presently the customers feel very harassed and helpless due to non availability of good rolls of any type. 2. We have a tie up with A Korean Rubber Technologist who has provided us with Rubber Formulae for rolls for many types of industries. 3. To give this facility, will be a boon for the industry as it will allow them to save money by using our good quality rolls and saving on frequent repairing of rolls. 4. We already have a worthy network in the industry and intend to go in extensive marketing drive with educating customers regarding saving money. 5. Consumers should inevitably save money –and it will be win-win for us and our investors. MARKET PLAN 1. We already have a wide base of customers for our roll solutions. 2. The Directors are already well known in the various circles of the industries. 3. Entire existing customer base faces the issue and we have the solution but what is required is to let the customers have taste of it, in every corner of the country. 4. Outright service of the industry shall be the main motto of the company. 5. The company shall also start exporting Rolls and Rubber to demanding overseas customers. FUTURE IDEAS 1. We are simultaneously searching for products being imported into the country and are being regularly used by the industry. India still needs to cope up with the European quality standards and service systems. 2. Addition of PU line shall also be our intention in the near future.
