Northeast Flavors India Pvt. Ltd. a food manufacturing company started its unique production of “Bhut Jolokia Chilli Sauce”. With extensive research of founders since 2016 invented this special sauce and launched its early batch in the market under name ‘East by North East’ which lateron popularly known as ENE. Our product’s uniqueness is special Chilli which is found in North east India only, popularly called as “Bhut Jolokia”; which is also known as ‘Ghost Pepper’ outside India. Which is the hottest chilli in Asia. Till 2007, it was the hottest chilli in the world. Bhut Jolokia Chilli Sauce is known for its unique taste and flavor. Being an Organic product, Bhut Jolokia is also good for health, uses curing many human ailments viz. reduce asthama, stimulates the secretion of saliva and gastric juice and also protects the mucous membrane from the mechanical and chemical damage, toothache and muscle pain. We setup a farming team who educate and train farmers of Assam and Nagaland for cultivation of BHUT JOLOKIA CHILLI PUREE. We picked Chilli puree direct from Farms when they are bright red/bright orange in colour and transfer to plant and then process it to manufacture our special Chilli sauce and sale by brand name ‘ENE Bhut Jolokia Chilli Sauce’ in 200 GM Bottle which is available in more than 250+ outlets in major cities and Online to buy.
