Improvement: Horizontal segment faces issues related to duplicity of the brands, due to lack in Quality Check (website content and Product delivered) the return percentage is high. Vertical market segment eradicates such issue with fine Quality check and Delivery. Many ecommerce giants are also coming up with the offline stores. Our business model already inculcates best of both side as we will be available online and offline. Scalability: India accounts for $6 Billion industry in finished good segment. We aim to penetrate 50% market share in 5 years timeline. We aim to organize leather industry as “One Industry One Platform”. It defines the ease of business be it a seller (looking to sell its product) or a consumer (looking to buy authentic product) our platform will serve as a one-point solution to all your leather needs. This will also define our roots to Leather related industry such as Raw leather to manufacturing industry to Chemicals and threads.
