It took her a year to reestablish herself to the changing market, though the past business experience came in very handy in the whole process. Her plans for the future include expansion in all aspects – from client base to product catalogue to geographical presence. And this requires her to keep an eye on the evolving customer needs while setting up a sustainable and robust business model.
