Our startup NUDGE SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED have a deep understanding of sports and the mindset of sports personalities. Our sport & performance psychologists have developed structured and individually customised performance engagement programs to help sportspersons achieve their goals and have an edge over their competition. We have a Qualified & experienced team of psychologists & counsellors. The sport & performance psychologists at Nudge Sports understand that sportspersons are first and foremost human beings and understanding their emotions and psychological wellbeing is key to helping them compete in competitive sports. We offer programs which include ASAP (Athlete Sports Aptitude Profiling) and PEP (Performance Enhancement Program) which are suitable for ages 13+ with a focus on improving mental make-up. We instil a winning attitude that is free from external and internal negativity by developing self-confidence and creating a positive mindset through goal setting, positive self-talk, visualisation, imagery and awareness. We also provide survey tools to gauge mindfulness and mental resilience, after which we conduct interventions tailored to the organisation’s needs and demands. Our startup also focuses on generating more and more employment opportunities for the people in the upcoming year. We generate our revenue by serving our consultancy service for Athletes, Corporates and for athletes and teams.
