Nurture Counseling from a belief that mental wellness should be a priority in every person's life, and that access to emotional support should never be held back by stigma, lack of awareness, or circumstance. Having lived and worked across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, he saw firsthand how differently cultures relate to emotional wellbeing. In many parts of the world, talking about mental health, seeking support, and investing in your inner life are simply considered part of living well. When he returned to India, he found a different reality. Conversations around mental wellness were wrapped in silence and misunderstanding, and what struck him most was that these barriers were not confined to any one community. They existed across society, including among educated, aware individuals who still found it difficult to openly prioritise or seek support for their mental wellbeing. His vision is a future where seeking support is seen as an act of self-awareness and strength, where mental health is spoken about openly without fear of judgment, and where quality support is accessible to everyone regardless of age, profession, background, or life stage. Through therapy, education, and community awareness, Nurture Counseling strives to break barriers and create safe spaces where people can understand themselves better and navigate life with resilience and confidence.
