In their own words

Dil is an innovation in how a food brand can be structured for scale-up. Indians have a diverse palate when it comes to daily meals. It’s very logistically and operationally challenging for a single themed restaurant to cater to multi-cuisine requirements. This leads either to the restaurants concentrating on a few cuisines and missing out on a sizable TG or delivering a sub-par specialised experience. Enter Dil. Using existing infrastructure and capabilities of small and medium sized restaurants, we will be able to cater to the palates of a much wider TG, while ensuring that the entire value-chain is enriched. Craving Punjabi food? DIL Punjabi restaurant partners are on it. Looking for some ghar-ki-khichdi? Dil Bihari restaurant partners know how much ghee does the trick. The USP of the solution lies in brand-compartmentalization and recall. Dil Punjabi and Dil Bihari are Dil sub-brands, probably even served by the same multi-cuisine restaurant partner.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot. To flag an error on our side, write to trust@indianstartupmap.com.
