Nutradried Food Pvt. Ltd. is a pet food manufacturing start-up located at Asangaon, Thane, established with the vision of providing high-quality, nutritionally balanced dry dog food developed through scientific research and process engineering. The company is led by Ms. Rhea Satpute (Director, Chemical Engineer from the University of Nottingham, UK) with technical and commercial guidance from Mr. Ajay Satpute (M.Tech, IIT Madras, 25+ years’ industry experience) and Mrs. Surekha Satpute (Chemical Engineer with 25 years’ operations expertise). Our focus is on continuous product improvement through research in functional nutrition and innovative formulations. Products such as Ayurpet Superfood are enriched with Ashwagandha, coconut oil, Omega-3 fatty acids and Glucosamine, designed to support immunity, joint health and overall well-being of pets. Shelf-life testing, customer feedback and sustainable packaging initiatives further ensure ongoing enhancements. Nutradried is also committed to employment generation, especially within the local community. We project creating 20 direct jobs in the first year, expanding to 70+ by the third year, across production, quality, logistics, sales and administration. Additionally, our operations will generate significant indirect employment in logistics, farming, ingredient supply and veterinary services. Special emphasis is placed on skill development, youth training and inclusion of women in the workforce. Designed with scalability in mind, our modular production set-up allows phased capacity expansion. With multi-channel distribution strategies—direct-to-consumer, retail, veterinary partners and exports—Nutradried is positioned for sustainable growth, import substitution and contribution to India’s pet food sector.
