Nutrition Dynamic Foods LLP was founded by Ms. Arpita Doshi in Nov. 2015. A microbiologist and bio technologist from UK she has immense passion towards food. With strong belief that if a right combination of food is incorporated in everyday diet a person can avoid or stabilize all the diseases that are soaring because of our lifestyle preferences. Traditional Indian foods had been recognized by the world to form new classification in Food regulations called Functional Foods. At present the consumer buying demands towards beverages have been shifted from fruits to more new flavors. Vegetables are classified as naturally low sugar content in comparison to fruits. Freshly squeezed juices of vegetables during winters are practiced in 8 out of 10 houses in India. However commercialization in this sector left to very few choices either cold press or through juice vendor with very few options. Both the options were not viable for sustainability. Unless this habit is not sustained it does not show the functionality on the body, therefore using freeze-drying technique to ensure nutrition, taste, texture intact Nutrition Dynamic Foods innovated 3 functional drinks which are tasty, economical, nutritionally rich due to combinations of vegetables, herbs, spices and condiments and are completely devoid of any artificial additives. First milestone achieved in Oct. 2018 when 11 products where published in Indian Journal Of Patents under the name of Ms. Doshi and then second milestone in December 2018 when Nutrition Dynamic Foods products fetched Young Entrepreneur Award from AFST(I) at CFTRI - Mysore. NDF products are not simply loved but consumer who has tasted it but have been demanding for more such functional beverages to fight NCD's(Non communicable diseases).
