M/s. Objectivo Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is the brainchild of its CEO, Nikhil Malik. The company's Director, Mr. Promod Malik (B.Tech- Mech., M-Tech Design) IIT- Delhi (1976), has over 4 decades of experience in the service and manufacture sector (1976 till date). He established his own factory, manufacturing and supplying machine components to Govt. and Private sector co.'s like Modi Xerox, DCM, Bhaba Atomic Research Centre (BARC), India Telecom Industries (ITI), among others. CEO Nikhil Malik, B.Tech- Mech., MBA (Finance & International Business)- Cardiff University, U.K.- (2004) started his career as  Business Development Manager- Vodafone U,K. (2004-2007)  Business Development Manager- Wipro India (2007-2008)  Proprietor Malbros Technologies- Manufacturing components for the telecom sector with clients like Nokia, Ericsson, L. S. Cables (2008) among others. Thinking out of the box and having the foresight, he went on to establish and become  Director, Promto E-Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (PILLION) (2016) providing last mile connectivity on an electronic platform, for the first time in India, having: (i) Taxi Division- Comprising eco- friendly battery operated bikes, functioning in Central Delhi, at strategic Metro Stations. (ii) Delivery Section- Comprising battery operated bikes, CNG & Petrol Vans, which significantly enhance the supply chain for clients like Amazon & DTDC in Delhi & Punjab. (iii) Dexter Program (Myntra)- Got attached with Myntra at the inception stage of a new program called DEXTER, helping bring down the delivery cost and enhancing more efficient deliveries with better customer experiences. This company was established with a view to contribute to the online retail logistics Industry and the growth of the e-commerce industry in India, with its hallmark being  Competitive Costs  Streamlined Infrastructure  Same Day Delivery  Complete Satisfaction of High Customer Expectations Drivers & Riders are employed only after passing a stringent screening process and entailing  High Vigilance Background checks  Training in Safety norms  Thorough Knowledge of Operational Areas  Etiquette Towards Customers CURRENT WORK PROFILE Objectivo Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Is currently working with MYNTRA (Instakart Services) in the DEXTER program in Delhi. With 7 dexters currently operational.  We receive load from the MYNTRA Delivery Center.  Segregation of the load is done at our end as per the pre defined routes by MYNTRA.  Bagging of the load and assigning of the load to STORES and our own Delivery Agents.  We have currently a team of around 80-85 delivery agents and 12 person managerial team both combined to ensure timely out on route and timely delivery with good customer experiences. STRENGTHS TO OFFER FLIPKART  We have a strong hold in NORTH INDIA, with DELHI being as epicenter.  We have tieups with good manpower companies for the deployment of manpower (delivery agents, managers etc) across north India.  Quick Expansion with a dedicated team of experienced delivery agents and managers. Envisions playing an important in the logistics supply chain with its ever changing adaptive time, trends and development by providing good customer support and leading with innovation.
